Learn how to make Custard Malai Cheese Cake by Mohena Ahluwalia
Chef Mohena Ahluwalia is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef with more than three years of professional experience conducting workshops. She runs a studio named Once Upon A Cake in Pune.
Ingredients:
Oreo biscuit - 100 gms
Butter (Melted) - 1 to 2 tbsp
Cream Cheese - 300 gms
Curd - 1/4 cup
Amul Cream - 1/4 cup
Lemon Zest - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp
Caster sugar - 1/3 cup
Cornflour or cornstarch ( custard powder) - 1 tbsp
Milk Barfi - 200 Gms

Line a loaf tin with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
